19/5/2551 I wanna sayIt's always great to follow your heart and speak up, even though the result is going to be unfavourable. Some might criticise this as an inconsiderate, selfish act, but lying to yourself or hiding your feeling, somehow to me, is more unethical. I'm mature enough to face the refusal, and have well prepared for that long before making up my mind. That's because, no matter what the response is going to be, I'm so certain that my feeling, at least at this moment, is definite, truthful and unshakable. I know that such a feeling is genuine, especially after being so close to the desired outcome once. I know that such a feeling is not naive, otherwise I would have stopped when being rejected last time. I don't know how others consider that very piece of experience. To me, although it was short, I would still consider it as memorable as the rest.
